Colineum Partners, LLC (“Colineum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit colineum.com (the “Website”) or communicate with us.

  1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

The Website does not currently include contact forms, user accounts, online purchases, newsletter registration, or automated scheduling tools.

If you contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide information such as:

• Your name and email address
• Your employer, job title, or other professional information
• The contents of your message and any attachments
• Other information you voluntarily provide

Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, passwords, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the Website or by email.

Information Processed Automatically

When you visit the Website, Framer, our website-hosting provider, may process limited technical information required to deliver, operate, protect, and maintain the Website. This may include your Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring source, timestamps, and security-related information.

We currently use only Framer’s built-in analytics. Framer Analytics does not use analytics cookies or generate persistent identifiers. To calculate daily unique visitors, Framer hashes the visitor’s IP address and user-agent information using a secret value that changes daily. We receive aggregated information such as page views, unique visitors, popular pages, referral sources, countries, and device types. This information is not intended to identify individual visitors.

  1. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

• To respond to inquiries and communicate with you
• To evaluate potential consulting engagements and business relationships
• To provide requested information about Colineum and its services
• To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Website
• To protect the security and integrity of the Website and our systems
• To maintain appropriate business and legal records
• To protect our rights and the rights of others
• To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we may process personal information based on our legitimate business interests, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.

  1. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including Framer for website hosting and analytics and Microsoft 365 for email and business communications. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

Professional Advisers. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.

Legal and Safety Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect Colineum, our clients, Website visitors, or others.

Business Transactions. Information may be transferred as part of an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transaction.

With Your Direction or Consent. We may disclose information when you request, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.

  1. Cookies and Online Tracking

We currently use Framer Analytics only. Framer Analytics does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers and is designed to provide anonymized, aggregated website statistics.

The Website does not currently use Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, or targeted-advertising technology.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not currently engage in that activity, the Website does not respond differently to browser-based “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals.

Framer or other infrastructure providers may use limited technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the Website.

If we add third-party analytics, advertising tags, embedded services, forms, or other technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement consent controls when required by applicable law.

  1. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, respond to inquiries, manage actual or potential business relationships, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, why it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. We may retain limited information for a longer period when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  1. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, email system, or electronic transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the Website or by email.

  1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of certain personal information
• Object to or request restriction of certain processing
• Request a portable copy of certain information
• Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent
• Appeal the denial of a privacy request, where applicable
• Submit a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and limitations.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at contact@colineum.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

  1. International Visitors

Colineum is based in the United States. If you access the Website or communicate with us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. When required, we or our service providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for a professional and business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at contact@colineum.com so that we can take appropriate action.

  1. External Links

The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, the Website, our technology, or applicable legal requirements.
